WHA KYUNG NAM  BODY I (brooch)
6 11/16H x 4 11/16W x 4 11/16D inches  sterling silver

"The main interest of my recent work has been human body forms. I explore
the harmony of forms using formed copper or silver sheets, and try to reinterpret
various human shapes and the inner energy of humans as a way of self expression."

KYUNG JOO NOH  BROOCH
3¨ùH x 2W x ¨öD inches  silver, gold foil, aluminum

"My works try to express my daily life and all my memories which are
held inside by using jewelry-symbolic and metaphoric contents of my subjects.
Also, using rhythmic smoothness and a painting effect on solid metal, I would
like to show the practical, decorative, and artistic character through my works."

MI HWA OH  THE JOURNEY (brooch)
1H x 4¨öW x ¨öD inches  steel, 24k gold

"The purity and directness of primitive art is remembered by giving a
second life to lost, forgotten materials. In my work, I express my belief in
the harmony of richness and poorness, strength and weakness."

YEUN-HEE RYU  MUNJIN (paper weight)
6H x 12W x 4D inches  silver, copper, gold foil

"My work tries to send a message about the confusion of the dualistic
sense of values in our lives using a two-layered structure. I used a rather
light touch to transfer the profound stories of our lives."

KYE-YEON SON  ENDOMORPHIC VESSEL
7H x 5W x 3¨öD inches  copper, glass, stone, enamel, green patina

MIRA CHOI TYSON  DANCING ON THE WATER
2 11/16H x 1 3/16W x 7/16D inches  14k gold, agate (brooch)

"My interest in my works is how to create visible, limited objects and add invisible
ideas, thoughts, and positive energy to them. Each of my pieces represents the postures
or gestures of human beings trying to hold on to their own little universes."

KIWON WANG  DREAM II (brooch)
3H x 3W x 2D inches  sterling silver, rice paper, black ink

"The discipline of my jewelry work is based on the interplay between materials
and forms. By using traditional materials like gold and silver but pushing the
materials beyond the traditional boundaries into the realm of objects to be worn as
adornment on the body, contrast, tension, absence and presence are created
in the same way as when the art of the East meets that of the West."
