An Soo Kyoung ("Judy"). Judy changed her major this year from Political Science to English Literature. First of all, she liked her first major but it was hard and boring to take. She had thought about her major for a year after she entered this university. Then she had to decide if she really liked it and what she wanted to be in the future. At last she found out that she liked to study English very much more than her first major. After that, she asked her family if she should change her major or not. Her family especially her parents, told her that she had to choose for herself what she wanted to do. So she decided to change her major according to her family's advice. If she did not change her major, she thought she would always regret that she did not. Finally, she seems to be happier than before because she knows that it was the right choice for her life. Jang Chul-hoon. What kind of hobby do you have? There is a man in our class who has a fascinating hobby. His name is Jang Chul-hoon, and his nickname is "Jjang." He has been taking photographs for five years. One day, he felt fascination for taking photographs, so it became his hobby. He said that he concentrates his attention while he takes a photograph, so he dismisses worldly thoughts from his mind. When I heard these words, I remembered membership training. Jjang was in charge of taking photographs when we went to membership training. He seemed to like taking photographs, because he always carried his camera. He didn't miss taking a photograph when he discovered a good view. Directly, he pushed down his camera's button. His expression was very sincere and impressive when he took photographs. He earns school expenses from a part-time job taking photographs. I think that it is killing two birds with one stone, because he earns money through his hobby. After graduating from this university, he does not know whether he will be a professional photographer or not. He is a beautiful man who is absorbed in his work. Kim Jeongmi ("Lucy"). Lucy likes listening to music, so she listens to music in her free time. When she was in high school, she listened to many kinds of music: rock ballads, old pop song, etc. Her favorite singers are the Backstreet Boys and the Beatles. So she had many tapes of those singers. When she wanted to think, she listened to music. Though she listened to a lot of kinds of music in high school, she doesn't like listening to music now as much as she did then. But she remembers the old pop songs. Nowadays, she sometimes listens to ballads. When she listens to music, she usually thinks about the words of the songs, and she meditates after listening to the music. Kim Min Jae ("Jack"). I met him for the first time in a required class. He sat beside me then; however, we didn't talk about anything. He just gave me a sharp impression and looked young. Unexpectedly, I met him again in a major class. Then he also sat beside me and became my partner for the class, so that I learned that his name is Jack and he's my senior. Kim Myung-Im ("Mary Ann"). Mary Ann likes traveling. She has already traveled over almost all of the world except Africa. Without knowing it, traveling has become a part of her life. She meets with new things and gains various experiences by traveling. In addition, she finds her identity and reviews her life through the experiences she has. She has usually taken trips with her friends or family. However now, she hopes to travel together with her boyfriend that she loves most of all. Travel is the guiding principle in her life. She says that travel lets her know about various new things that she doesn't learn about in school. In this way, Mary Ann's life looks free and positive like the image of travel. (By An Soo Kyoung)

Na Soon-hee ("Sarah"). Sarah enjoys living differently from others. She makes her own life and enjoys it. She goes on the roads where no one has ever gone. She improves her lot. She just does the things that she wants. And she doesn't care a bit about others' comments. She doesn't need someone's help. She can do everything without the help of someone. She lives her life and doesn't look back. Now she is making own life for herself. I wonder when she will receive the aid of someone and take any assistance. I really wonder if she will get married. If so, with whom, when, and how? I hope that she will get married, but I can't assume that. (By Choi Won Hee)

Seo Ji-heun ("Catherine"). Catherine has a boyfriend who goes to Kwang-un University. His name is Jun-suk. His hometown is Kyung Sang Do, so he speaks a dialect. I saw him once, and his first impression captured me because of his bright smile. She likes him so much, and he also likes her. Of course, he is a Korean and ought to go to the army. When it was getting near the time of his departure, both of them didn't want that day to come. As time went on, she had to escort him to the army. The moment they parted, she was amazingly unconcerned without crying. She felt so sad about his parting. What on earth did she think about at that moment? When I asked her, she answered me, "Waiting is another kind of meeting and a feature of love." (By Jang Chul-hoon)

Shin Jang-ho ("Mickey"). Mickey takes great delight in traveling. He told me an account of his travels before he joined the army. He had an unforgettable impression when he made a trip to Chejudo. There are, indeed, many scenic spots, deep valleys, waterfalls, caves, and orchards on the island. It is a very beautiful island. Also, another place he made a trip to was Chongdongjin, where he went with his girlfriend. There was a beautiful sea there though it does not have many beautiful spots like Chejudo. He and his girlfriend arrived there by train at the peep of day and saw the sunrise. After graduating from this university, he is going to travel around the world. (By Kim Jeongmi)

Wu Zhong Guo ("Kevin"). Kevin is a stubborn student dreaming of being a businessman and studying English in Korea with Chinese nationality. He came to Korea to learn about Korea itself about two years ago. If you see him for the first time, you won't be able to notice that he is Chinese. He wants to connect all of the countries with trade, including Korea and China. I have no idea now what kind of products he will deal with in the future. Can you guess what business will make Kevin rich? I can guess. He is very lucky. In China, there are a great deal of things and food like snakes, monkey's brain, frogs, eyes of mosquitoes, shark's fin, etc. which are known to be good for health. Koreans really love those foods for stamina. So I think he will succeed in trade, at least between Korea and China, if he deals in those things in the future. (By Kim Min Jae)
