An Jung En. Ms. An is a very sentimental woman in many ways. She can't eat rice with potatoes, because she can't eat only carbohydrates. She likes fruits such as strawberries and grapes as they are very fresh. But she hates rice with jajang [black bean sauce] because it looks like it lacks nutrition. She likes sunny days, but she hates seeing dust in the heat of the sunlight. Most of all, she likes a man who has a thick neck and duck hips. It's very hard to like such a man. Bae Yoon Jung ("Christina"). Christina is an active person. People around her like her, and she makes her friends happy. She has quick wits all the time. She likes to mimic a famous actor's voice, and she is full of fun. Also, her dark skin is one of her charms. (By Choi Sang Mi)

Choi Jin Oh ("Francis"). Fransis loves basketball. When I meet him, he always says, "Let's go play basketball." Also, he is a good basketball player. I didn't like basketball, but when I play basketball with him, it is very fun. He says, "Basketball is my girlfriend," because he has failed to make a girlfriend so far. He also says when he plays basketball, it improves his health and makes him feel so good. I hope that he makes a girlfriend this year. (By Kim Sin Tae)

Choi Myoung-Sin ("Zoe"). When I met Zoe for the first time, I thought that she was very quiet, nice and pretty. I was surprised at the fact that she likes rock stars; for example, she likes Shin Hae-chul, Eve, and the Yun Do-hyun Band. So she often goes to concerts where she is very active. She is impressed by their charisma and passion for music, but I think she seems to like the music itself, because she always croons a song. Also, she likes comics. Sometimes she spends time reading comic books. I like comics too, so we have seen animations together before. (By Im Ji-yeon)

Choi Sang Mi ("Carrie").

Choi Yun-Jeong ("Maria"). Maria is very charming and full of self-confidence. And she thinks positively and lives happily. When someone tries to reject her, she always changes their minds by her charming eyes and words. So she has a variety of friends and they like her. If you would like to make a friend with her, you can become a friend of hers easily by just saying, "Hi! Yun-Jeong." (By Lee Bo-Duck)

Im Ji-yeon ("Joan"). Joan has a sweet home. Her father is 10 years older than her mother. Her mother married when she was 22 years old. Her parents are on good terms with each other, so Joan has a warm heart, too. Joan has an especially good relationship with her younger brother. I also have an elder brother, so I envy her affection for her brother. Joan's younger brother is a Daejin University student, too. Joan gives lots of help to her brother. Jeon Moon-Il ("Matthew"). There is something special about Matthew. He has a unique hair style which nobody can imitate. It is like a pointed spear to attack someone. Once, I was injured by his hair. Whenever I asked him to change the style, he said to me, "I have the best hair style which nobody can imitate and I am proud of it." Maybe he won't change it unless there are other victims of his hair. Anyway, I think he must be a strange man to have something special which nobody can imitate, and finally, I hope that there will be no more victims of his hair. (By Wi You Sung)

Kim Byoung-Kuk. Mr. Kim likes all kinds of sports. Especially he often plays basketball with his friends during his free time at school. He is very active. He wants to hold international basketball games by himself. He also likes computer games. Starcraft is the game he loves best. He always says he is good at the game, but I am not sure. His first impression looks a little cold and tough, but he is a very warm and kind person. He always tries to keep a smile on his face and care about others. He has a very warm heart. Kim Ji Mi ("Sally"). I'm always happy and smiling. I think the most important thing is friendship. So I sometimes drink with my friends. I we are drinking, we become more trusting and friendly than before. Recently, I like some computer games. My favorite game is Tetris. After my classes, I usually go to a game room. Kim Mi Hae. Mi Hae likes traveling. Her favorite place where she has gone was a pottery factory in Ichun. She told me it was so impressive because it reminded her of the movie Ghost. She is curious so she likes to meet many kinds of people. However, she also has a considerable, polite and moderate character, so she hates impolite people who hurt other people by bad or coarse words. Her dream is to be a tour guide and interpreter. Especially, she'd like to be a tour guide in Korea, becuase she hopes to show many foreigners unknown places in Korea. I expect her dream to come true. (By Lee Jae Jin

Kim Sin Tae. Sin Tae is good at playing basketball. I met him this semester. When I first saw him on the basketball court, I felt some strong feeling for him. I don't know how I can express how I felt about him. It was just sixth sense. One day, I suggested to him that we play basketball together. He accepted my proposal, and we had a game with another team. Of course, we won. Whenever we have a game, there is no team that can beat us. Also, I can forget some problems while playing basketball with him. But I think he seems to like basketball more than girlfriends, as much as I do. I wish God would give a cool girlfriend to him. Lee Bo Duck. Bo Duck likes walking. She walks very fast, just like a walk racer. So I can't catch her. We must walk fast and we are always busy. On the contrary, I walk slowly, so I have a little complaint. When I walk with her I think she is a well-developed athlete. However, she is a diligent and interesting person. (By Choi Yun Jeong)

Lee Hyun Kyung ("Claire"). Claire has a great dream for her life. She wants to become a Korean teacher abroad. The reason she wants to teach Korean is that she wants to let people in other countries know about Korea. The reason she would like to teach abroad is that she'd like to live in a new country. A new world makes her heart flutter. In fact, she had an experience to teach before. Last summer, she taught Korean in Viet Nam. And now she also teaches Korean to foreigners who live in Seoul. (She doesn't want to tell the place where she teaches). I am sure that she is moving toward her dream, and I hope she will become a Korean teacher. (By Lee Zoo Yeun)

Lee Jae Jin ("Elina"). Elina has big eyes and wears her hair long. Her black hair looks soft and charming. She always has a smiling face, and her smile gives other people comfort. She doesn't want to marry until she is over thirty. Because of the limits of marriage, she thinks that she cannot have a satisfactory career with a husband. Instead of marrying, she wants to go to work in a foreign company or as an English teacher. And then she wants to travel all over the world. (By Kim Mi Hae)

Lee, Juyoun. Juyoun was very unfashionable though she had a cute face when she entered the university. She was a country girl. She had a hairstyle that didn't match her face. She didn't know how to make up and how to match clothes. But now she really has changed in style. She is one of the best dressers in our class, she makes up very well, and she has a good sense of fashion. What made her change? I think love did it. She has a boyfriend now. (By Yu Sang-hoon)

Lee Zoo Yeun. Zoo always does her best to eat. She likes all kinds of food. When she eats something, she feels happy and can forget about her bad problems. So she likes eating. But she never eats boshintang, stew made from dog meat. She had raised a dog named "Sally" for 20 years. When Sally died, she made a promise to her that she would never eat dog meat anymore. Before she promised, she used to eat boshintang. However, she never eats it after she promised. Zoo is so healthy because, I think, she eats well and enjoys eating. (Lee Hyun Kyung)

Park Min Keun ("Ron"). Ron wants to become a chaebeol, which means "millionaire" in Korean, so he is confused about how he can make money. What is a shocking thing to him is that the world is wide and there are many different kinds of people. He wants to study human beings themselves. He likes a silent woman; in other words, he likes a "wise mother and a good wife." When Prof. Tyson heard this, he said, "Oh, you're an old-fashioned guy." Then Ron said, "I'm old-fashioned myself, so why not my future wife?"

Song Kook Wha ("Winny"). I can't explain Winny exactly, because she is always secretive. She does not talk about herself much. However, she used to say about herself, "I'm the most beautiful woman in the world." I don't know if it's true, but she certainly has a pretty appearance and beautiful long hair. When I see her, she looks like a ghost, because she has white skin and long hair. Also, she talks to me about her boyfriend all the time. For example, she tells me about eating delicious things, going on a date, going to see a movie, and quarrelling with her boyfriend. After I hear her say that, my head begins to ache step by step. Wi You Sung.When I saw him first, Mr. Wi looked like a baseball player because he likes to wear baseball caps every day. I think he should have caps more than his pants and shirts. Also, he's good at soccer and lots of other kinds of sports. He's also kind to all people, especially to girls. But he is full of confidence to do anything in class. Yu Sang-hoon. Sanghoon really enjoys his life. Whenever he works and plays, he does both of them very eagerly. He plans to make his winter vacation interesting. He is going to teach skiing to foreigners in Yongpyong Resort. He is adroit at skiing on hard slopes. After that work, he says, he will visit a casino with the money he will have earned.
